Meet Director I Registration

DIVISIONS |
Junior: Ages 12-15
Scholastic: Ages 15-18
Open: Ages 19 and older
Novice: Ages 12-18 only.
Novice division is for athletes with limited diving experience. Any
athlete who is a member of a high school varsity diving team, a college diving team or has won a medal in Novice diving in a previous Bay State Games competition is NOT eligible for the
Novice division. Athletes in violation of this rule will be disqualified.
*Separate divisions for males and females. All ages as of July 9, 2011.

ELIGIBILITY |
An athlete must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- A full-time resident of Massachusetts for 30 days prior to the competition.
- A full-time student at a recognized academic institution in Massachusetts.
- A registered member of a sport club in Massachusetts, for which you are entering. The club must be your exclusive “contact” with the sports. Athletes using the club membership for eligibility may not be a member of a non Massachusetts club.

Optional Dives must be from different categories (Forward, Back, Inward, Reverse, Twist). No more than 2 dives from any one category in the combined list of voluntaries and optionals.

AWARDS |
- All participants receive a Bay State Games T-shirt.

Medals are awarded to the top three in each division.
- Award jackets are presented to the gold medal winners in each division. |

Entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2011. Confirmation sent by July 1. |
