DIVISIONS |
Novice: Age 12 and older, limited experience.
Any athlete who is a member of a high school varsity diving team, a college diving team or has won a medal in Novice diving in a previous Bay State Games competition is NOT eligible for the Novice division. Athletes in violation of this rule will be disqualified.
Scholastic: Age 12 to high school juniors. Athletes must be under the age of 19 as of July 10, 2010
Open: Seniors in high school, as of 2009-10 academic year, or age 19 and older as of July 10, 2010.

ELIGIBILITY |
To qualify for a region, an athlete must be ONE of the following:
- A full-time resident within the region for 30 days prior to first day of tryouts.
- A full-time student at a recognized academic institution in the region.
- A registered member of a sport club in Massachusetts, for which you are entering. The club must be your exclusive “contact” with the sports. Athletes using the club membership for eligibility may not be a member of a non Massachusetts club.
