DIVISIONS

Scholastic: Age 9 to Grade 12*
- Male and Female Divisions.
- All grades are as of the 2009-10 academic year.
Open: College and older
* Scholastic eligibility is determine if the athlete has not entered a college schedule. (actually attended class). Graduating high school seniors are considered Scholastic unless they have already attended a college class during the Summer session.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a region, an athlete must be ONE of the following:
- A full-time resident within the region for 30 days prior to first day of tryouts.
- A full-time student at a recognized academic institution in the region.
- A registered member of a sport club in Massachusetts, for which you are entering. The club must be your exclusive “contact” with the sports. Athletes using the club membership for eligibility may not be a member of a non Massachusetts club.
 
RULES
All athletes must bring ATA classification card to event. If you do not have ATA classification, please contact the Bay State Games office.
 
EVENTS

Athletes must enter their event code on their entry form.

REGIONS
To determine your region, please check the Town Codes.
 
ENTRY FEE
Fee: $60 includes entry fee, target fee and lunch for all competitors.
Please note that Pistol and Rifle Shooting are separate competitions that require filling out another application and paying the appropriate entry fee.  
 
AWARDS
- All participants receive an official Bay State Summer Games T-shirt.
- Medals and Bay State Games jackets are presented to the top three in each division.
Awards in each division will be distributed within 4 classes. Classes will be determined after competition results are completed using the Lewis System. There will also be an award for the overall winner in both Scholastic and Open.
 
 
QUALIFIERS

There are no qualifiers for the trap competition. All athletes who register by the entry deadline will participate.

 
FINALS SCHEDULE

Check in begins at 8am and first round begins at 9am.

 
ENTRY DEADLINE

All applications must be received by Monday, June 21.
