40+ Division: All players must be Age 40 or older
50+ Division: All players must be Age 50 or older
All ages are as of February 10, 2012
***This rules applies to goalies as well***
***Players can play down one division, but CANNOT play up a division***

FORMAT |
• Teams in each division will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Teams will play round robin within their pool (min. of 3)
• All games in your pool will count towards your over all record.
• Pool winners will play for the championship.

FEE |
$650 per team. A $300 deposit MUST accompany entry form. |

RULES |
Tournament is now open to all players, regardless of whether or not a resident of Massachusetts
• Maximum of 15 players per team (including goalie)
• A player can be on ONE team only
• Players cannot be on more then on roster or play in more than one division.
• All games in your pool will count towards your over all record.
• NO CHECKING. NO SLAP SHOTS are allowed.
